3DC 800-CEM-100, is a cyanate ester prepreg designed to cure at medium temperatures, whilst producing durable components with excellent high temperature performance. It can be supplied on a variety of fabrics to meet your cost and manufacturing requirements. Its key benefits are low CTE and shrinkage, with very low VOC content (no added solvents during manufacture).

3DC 801-EVOPREG-EPC200, Evopreg_EPC200 component prepregs are primarily designed for low-temperature, out-of-autoclave processing. Their flexible cure profile also makes them ideally suited to rapid processing at higher temperatures. Based on a toughened epoxy resin system, Evopreg_EPC200 is formulated specifically for high performance, ease of lay-up and excellent surface finish. The prepregs can be supplied with a range of reinforcement fibres and fabric constructions. They can be consolidated by vacuum bag/oven, autoclave or press moulding and are designed for a range of applications including automotive, motorsport, sporting goods and general industrial

3DC 802-EVOPREG-EPC300, Evopreg EPC300 component prepregs are based on a medium temperature curing, toughened epoxy resin system, formulated specifically for high performance, ease of lay-up and excellent surface finish. The prepregs can be supplied with a range of reinforcement fibres and fabric constructions. They can be consolidated by vacuum bagging, autoclave or press moulding and are designed for a range of applications including automotive, motorsport, sporting goods and general industrial. Additional benefits include flexible cure temperature 80–120°C and excellent adhesion to core materials including honeycomb.

3DC 900-EVOPREG-FLAX, there is increasing interest across several motorsport series in the use of natural fibre composites for parts such as aerodynamic devices. This guide provides an overview of  Evopreg epoxy component prepregs with flax fibre reinforcements.

Flax fibres are extracted from the stem of the flax plant (other derivatives of flax include linen and linseed oil). As natural fibres are discontinuous, they are then usually combined into a yarn and woven or bound into a unidirectional or randomly oriented mat. In terms of performance, flax fibres have a lower density than carbon fibres and a similar stiffness to glass fibres. The properties, quality and availability of flax fibres are generally superior to those of other common natural fibre reinforcements such as hemp and jute.

Main environmental benefits are renewable sourcing, it is biodegradable and with its low production energy make it a CO2 neutral technology.
